Interactive Metronome (IM) training is a non-medication approach to traumatic brain injury, post traumatic stress disorder, stroke, Alzheimer's, and other cognitive/neurological conditions. Improvements noted in these areas: Self-regulation (impulse control), working memory, focus/concentration, initiative, organization, balance and gait, anxiety and sleep, motor tics, visual and auditory processing speed, and self-confidence. Age or severity of condition is not a barrier. Offers an initial assessment discount for veterans.
