Case management, CLiC, information and referral, and educational programs for consumers, students, and professionals. CLiC is a tele-health program that helps survivors learn functional skills, adapt to their "new normal" and develop strategies to improve wellness. CliC Care provides bonding and support for direct caregivers. Serves individuals living in Alleghany, Botetourt, Roanoke, Craig and Franklin Counties, and the Cities of Roanoke, Salem and Covington. For children, teens and adults.
