Project Achieve Using CST to assist women with TBI and/or SCI

Project Achieve provides specialized services to assist women with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and/or spinal cord injury (SCI) who are pursuing post-secondary education or training. Project Achieve provides Cognitive Support Technology (CST) through iPads and individualized apps, a peer mentoring program, individualized case management, vocational rehabilitation, and assistance with job placement and maintenance.

Eligible applicants must be:

  • Female-18 year or older
  • Enrolled in a postsecondary institution in Virginia
  • An individual with a TBI and/or SCI
  • Willing to follow program policies and procedures
  • Willing to actively participate in the project

Participants will receive:

-iPads with individualized apps that they may keep at the completion of the program.
-Compensation at project enrollment
-Compensation at project completion
