Description:

Safe Space support meetings offer advice, compassion, and resources. The goal is to provide caregivers the opportunity to express their feelings, learn helpful information, and realize they are not alone and help connect with others who have gone through a similar experience. This group meets virtually and in person on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4 p.m.

 The Brain Injury Association of Virginia Resource Directory is an informational service.  The individuals, groups and programs listed have represented themselves as credentialed in the professions noted.
