By sponsoring BIAV's Annual Charity Golf Classic, one of the oldest and most prestigious fundraising events in Richmond, you’re helping BIAV continue its work with Camp Bruce McCoy, the nation’s longest-running camp for brain injury survivors. This camp offers adults with brain injuries the opportunity to regain independence, connect with peers who truly understand their experience, and provides families with much-needed respite. Our Impact

About 9,500 Virginians hospitalized because of brain injury received information letters from BIAV

We educated over 550 people through webinars, trainings, and our Making Headway Conference

We served over 2,000 Virginians through our Information & Referral services and our partnership with Sheltering Arms Institute.

We offered over 35 support groups for persons with brain injuries and caregivers and about 80 people with brain injuries attended Camp Bruce McCoy.
