Scholarship Opportunities

The Brain Injury Association of Virginia (BIAV) is able to assist a limited number of people with the cost of our 2022 Making Headway Conference. This assistance is available to caregivers and/or family members of individuals with a brain injury and individuals with a brain injury. BIAV offers scholarships, based on need, when we receive your request, and availability of funds.

Conference Objectives:

  • Provide a venue for the exchange of information about brain injury programs, resources, treatment and therapies.
  • Create a positive learning environment through discussions, case studies, lectures, and exhibits.
  • Design a program that is specific to individuals with brain injury, caregivers, family members and professionals.
