Attention Caregivers: Need to Re-energize?

The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Brain Injury Association of Virginia (BIAV) will be hosting our  Annual Caregiver Forum on November 4th. The event will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton and is designed for parents, spouses, or other family members who are the primary caregiver for a loved one with a brain injury. There will be educational/self-care sessions and opportunities to network with others.

There is no cost for participants, but pre-registration is required, space is limited. 


Registration and breakfast begin at 9:15.
Free chair massages will be available during the day.
Lunch is included.
If you are traveling from out of town you may be eligible for a room or mileage scholarship or if you need respite assistance contact Debra Holloway.
