On Saturday, March 7, 2009, BIAV hosted its 8th annual conference at the Holiday Inn Richmond Airport.  The conference was a HUGE success with 160 enthusiastic people in attendance; a funny "stand up - sit down" comedian as the keynote speaker; nine knowledgeable speakers; and 15 dedicated exhibitors and sponsors.  Here’s what some of our attendees had to say about this years conference:

The increased number of registrants did require us to close registration as of the deadline of February 20th; we were not able to accept any registrants after that date. We are sorry that we were not able to accept everyone who wanted to attend. We moved to a larger venue to accommodate higher numbers and did all that we could to get as many people in as possible. We were simply overwhelmed by the response. However, everyone who registered by the deadline was able to attend. Keep your eyes opened for next year’s conference in March 2010 and remember to register early as space fills up very quickly!!!
